As most business owners will attest, if you begin a large project without proper planning, you can soon end up with major problems and issues that could cost you a lot of money. This is true for all sizes of business and indeed, the larger the business it seems the bigger the potential downfall. In fact, governments (which if a business would be incredibly large) have a terrible reputation for project success, you'd think they'd know better.
