There is nothing like fresh home-made yogurt served with fresh fruits and/or superfood powder such as acai. Home-made yogurt is fairly easy to make, as it does not take a lot of work. It does, however, take some time until it is ready for consumption. You can make yogurt from dairy, or from raw nut milk. Nut milk is my choice, as it does not contain harmful acids, and thus it is healthier for you.
