New Laws to Protect Agency Workers From October 2011 Will Affect Recruitment Agencies

The Agency Workers Directive that was voted into law by the EU finally takes effect in the UK in October this year but employers and recruitment agencies have said that there is still some confusion about definitions and how it will work.
