Have you ever noticed patterns in your life? Like the way you show up late for a meeting as well as being late for your doctor's appointment or late to pick your kids up at school. We are creatures of habit and when we find ourselves being late a few times it can all too easily become a pattern that repeats itself in many ways in our lives. Like sending in bills, returning library books or showing up to meet friends. We don't plan to become late in everything in our lives, but suddenly we just are.
