Food Facts: Confused About What You Should Eat?

The amount of information being dispensed daily to the public about health issues is staggering. New discoveries are made at an incredible pace -- anything from the benefits of Vitamin A or B or C to the dangers of eating too much fat or overdosing on magnesium or zinc. Obviously you can't absorb all this information; there's too much of it, and besides, how do you know what's true and what isn't?
